And here's the one of Sokka. I really like this one, although it's a bit weird-looking. There's Sokka as a kid testing his new boomerang.

From what I've seen, Sokka, when he's happy and has no problem, will make jokes and sarcastic comments. When he's mad, he'll either try to open up a debate or beat you up. He'll just sigh and looks away when he's a bit down.
I bet when Sokka's older, he'll fulfil his dream to be a great warrior of the Southern Water Tribe.
